  • Am I able to return or exchange?

    All sales are final. Due to all products being handmade we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds or cancellations can be made ONLY within the first 24 hours of your order being placed.

  • How long before I receive my order?

    Our current processing time is 2-3 weeks. Please keep in mind that the processing time for the product to be made is not the same as shipping time. Please allow 3-8 business days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped.

  • Can I choose a faster shipping option?

    Shipping times can be rushed when choosing faster shipping options at checkout. Please keep in mind that when choosing faster shipping options, it does NOT speed up the processing time as well. After your package has left my hands and is in the possession of the post office, I am no longer responsible for it. For any lost packages, you must contact your local post office.
